The hotel looked beautiful at first, but the disrespectful staff and poor service stood out. When I raised small issues, they reacted aggressively and accused me, making me feel unwanted. They canceled their small sound party for a internal meeting, leaving guests without promised amenities. Why spoil guests' fun? They should use conference rooms! The rude behavior wasn't a one-time thing - the reception staff were condescending, and the food was terrible, confirming my disappointment. The hotel's potential was overshadowed by these service failures. Looks alone can't make up for a stay ruined by disrespect and bad food. I'd recommend avoiding it if you want a relaxing or enjoyable stay.

Went for a family holiday. Initially we are not very happy with the room alloted. After talking to the manager we got upgraded to an amazing room with a private swimming pool and evenings with bonfire 🔥. The service and the room given were top notch. We were well taken care of. To our surprise we were offered a cake on the 3rd day as a gesture from our travel organiser. Every thing except the initial hurdle was super. Looking forward to staying back at this same resort when we visit udaipur next. Thanks a ton 😊 you guys made our trip memorable.

The hotel appeared beautiful, but disrespectful staff and poor service led to a disappointing stay. Aggressive reactions to minor issues, and rude behavior overshadowed its potential. Not recommended for a relaxing stay.

Please do not book this hotel ever. Hotels are very cheap and staff is cheaper. They will take money from you in the name of advance booking and never refund the amount. The rooms stink and are not at all clean. When you call to cancel the booking they will not take up your calls and nor will they give the money back. Please be careful.

The only thing good about this place is view other than that for the price the rooms were not as shown on the site and the service is very unproffesional.Management of this resort is very bad. Not satisfied with thid resort. Waste of money.

Stay away from this hotel! 🚫 Booked through @makemytrip, and it was a total disaster. The place was under construction, staff uncooperative.
